Vivid Spa waste of time.

This place really needs to work on the way they handle reservations. I called to reserve Jassi yesterday and I called back later to make sure she would be there. I was told everything was in order.
When I showed up Jassi told me she was leaving and that there must have been a miscommunication. There wasn't any miscommunication cause I checked twice. She probably changed her mind and didn't want to stay.

The today I email them to book her again.I come there and I was told by the manager that she isn't working there tonight. Even though they confirmed the reservation for today by email.

She offered to waive the door fee. I told her that I'm not interested cause they have wasted enough of my time. She then offered to waive 3 door fees. I probably won't take them up on that offer cause at this point I'm done with such an unprofessional spa. I have zero faith that they won't mess up again.

It's very disrespectful to waste someone's time and money especially when you yourself are paid for yours.

I expected a better solution then waiving the door fee. Maybe I'm spoiled by the better customer service at others spa

I've been there 1 time (saw a girl that no longer works there). And what I've learned is that their schedule changes completely after about 8pm. The schedule on the website doesn't mean anything. So the trick is to see the 'who is working now' section at about 8pm, call in and book for as soon as you can get to the spa. That way you have the best chance of seeing the girl you want.
That being said though I'm not planning to go there again after that 1 girl I saw stopped working. The receptionist was pushy by asking me to do a 45 minute session multiple times.

I just want to set the record straight in regards to what I believe had transpired that night. You had called to book an appointment with me for 12:30am however the receptionist had told you I leave at midnight because I work in the morning. She had told me that you would be willing to come in for midnight so I agreed to stay. At midnight when you had not arrived I waited until 12:15am just to be courteous. At that 12:25am I had packed up my stuff and she told me you were on the phone and said you would be late but I had told her I could not stay longer (I was under the assumption you were late for a 12am appointment) Even though I had said I would not stay she had said to come anyway. I had stayed back to let you know that I had not confirmed I’d be staying and I would never confirm an appointment and not fulfill it.

When you had arrived at 12:30am you had told me that you never told the receptionist you’d be there at 12. So it’s clear that the receptionist had been telling us both two different things. Unfortunately this is a practice that is common at many spas and i do not support it. I pride myself on my integrity and my word and I am so sorry that you were misled in this way. It is for this reason I tell all my clients to text me directly on my number to book appointments because I am reliable and trustworthy when it comes to my clients.

I am sincerely sorry for the entire situation. I do however want to make it clear that I offered many solutions to remedy the situation. I offered to stay, to which you had said no. I offered to discount my services on your next visit if you wish to rebook. I also offered my direct number if you wish to rebook through me which would guarantee you an appointment , you had also declined. So I am sorry that you tried to rebook through the spa with no luck but i do want you to know that it is much better to simply text me directly to avoid all of this miscommunication.

I ask that you don’t use your view of the management as a reflection on me. I invite you to book an appointment directly with me either at Sunshine or Vivid and I promise you I will make it all worth it in the end. I’ll give you my best service as you deserved from the beginning. XOXO Jassi

1. I called to book and I was very clear to the receptionist that I was booking for 1230am not 12 as you state.

2 I confirmed at 10pm for 1230am and the receptionist put me on hold and told me she checked with you and that you were fine with 1230am.

3. I was there at 1220am not 1230am like you say, and you were already fully dressed. So you telling me you waited till 1215am and then got dreasse and packed all your bags in 5min seems very unrealistic in my opinion.

4. The next day I booked via email and they confirmed the appointment for 1045pm even though you weren't even working.

5. Yes you offered those things but they weren't really solutions. I'm not going to accept your offer to stay if you want to go home. That would be basically me forcing you to stay and that's not right. And the session wouldn't have been great I think.

6. If you work for a SPA they should be around to handle a simple booking. I shouldn't have to book via YOU personally. That's why they have a receptionist. I use the spa for convienence. If wanted to deal with booking with you directly I'd have l booked an indy.

7. Dealing with you directly also doesn't work cause the manager asked me for my number and she told me that you would contact me. You never did.

8. It might be better to communicate via your own account here. It only takes a min to make one.

Like I said I'm not angry with you but the spa is very incompetent in handling bookings.

Either the receptionist is lying or you are or the recptirecept is lying to us both. I don't know. But I know that I wasted time and money 2x trying to see you.

I booked via email and it was a mess again. I think the only way to have a proper booking is calling shortly before you are there.
