The Theragun Pro has a lot of selling points, but for me, the range of attachments is what really stands out. There's a massage head for every sore spot, niggle, knot and large muscle group.

• Standard Ball – A rounded head with a little give, for general use all over the body. Great on glutes and quads.
• Dampener – Slightly softer than the standard ball and with a larger surface area, for use on tender areas or near bones.
• Wedge – A firm tapered edge to get deep into shoulder blades or the IT band.
• Thumb – For targeted pressure on gnarly knots and pressure points — great for sore feet.
• Supersoft – Ideal for tender areas as well as joints and bones.
