If LE were to catch an attendant and a customer performing sexual acts, they would likely charge the spa under the common bawdy house laws. If you do a search on this board, you'll find references to busts made by LE in the past and what the results were.

From what I understand their are a couple of things LE could use...

- charge the spa owner/operator with operating a common bawdy house

- charge the spa owner/operator with living off the avails of prostitution

- in cases of a john and SP in a public place they can charge both with indecency as well as communicating in a public place for the purposes of prostitution

- also, depending on local bylaws (hence the variety of answers you'll find on this board) if any of the people involved are found violating any number of regulations concerning body rub parlours in that area, they can be fined according to local by-laws.

The place that she works at is put under investigation... they see if they can get the same service from other girls.... then when they have gathered enough evidence that there is a girl or are girl's providing full service, they go in with an arrest warrant and lay criminal charges.

So... essentially.. one girl who is providing a blow job for an extra 50 bucks will bring down an entire establishment.

Once you have been charged criminally.... you can never cross the border into the united states without a supplied waiver from the authorities in the United States in which you have to provide finger prints. Once you have been charged criminally with any prostitution act.. the chances of you getting a license for a spa is doubtful.... if not nill.

your last point about being criminally charged and not being able to enter
the US is true. However it is rarely if not @ all enforced when crossing the border. Not unless you look "suspicious/nervous" So this is somewhat comparing oranges to apples. I,m assuming when a MPA gets a license
a criminal charge or just prostitution is recorded, thus preventing them from
employment in the industry?

Not rarely, if person don't have good reason for gaining entry into U.S. or if you studdle during questioning, custom can bar the person from entering U.S.
The record shows up when they swipe the passport into the computer. It's everytime for airline passengers and if you carry visas that needs stamping from the office (not custom booth), but for vehicles passengers, its random basis not often.

From what I understand, it's the norm to bar person with record or unemployed. U.S. custom's premise, you are guilt until proven innocent when it comes to gaining entry into their country. U.S. custom targets single woman or women that dress like in the biz and refused entry if suspusion she/they may work in U.S. I've seen it several times to girls ahead of me in the custom line-up. One time several foreign girls grab me in the line-up and asked me to their 'boyfriend-of-convenience'. One of my ex (not in the biz) didn't have a record but targeted everytime as she liked to dress flashy and few times the custom guys was oblivously being a prick, so to talk to her for a close-up.

Under cover cops will NOT STAY for a session, those that do are dirty cops and there are a few out there.There are LE who have gone back to the same attendants and told them to give them such service and they will not charge them. I talk only from experience topcat - this is the reason I carry two passports with me and had to get my dual citizenship in order to enter the United States and when I was refused - I was only going to buffalo for shopping.

Yes a license in Vaughan (can't speak for other areas) can be declined if the girl has a previous history of prostitution. It depends on the officer I would say.
