A really good sales person who works on commissions can make a very high income, a friend of mine who has a high school education is in sales and he is close to $200k a year. Even some delivery people who get paid on commission can do well. One major company I use to work for, the delivery drivers were paid on commission. Eventually they had to change them over to salary because managers were getting pissed because the drivers were making more than the management team because the managers were all paid salaries.

I once asked the car salesman, he said they barely make $400 on commission monthly.

& by drivers you mean Truck drivers ?
Because usual G License drivers won't make more than $3k-$4k/month

So many folks with deep pockets on here (over 60% making > $100K) yet so many complaints about tipping lol...

some of the wealthiest guys I know are the tightest with their money and would absolutely complain about tipping a whore lol.

That’s because you are comparing two different things. You are comparing before tax income to spending on sex workers when spending on sex workers is determined by disposable income. There are a lot of people making over 100K in before tax dollars but who don’t have a lot of disposable income after taxes, rent/mortgage and other living expenses. Also some members are divorced and have to make alimony or child support payments. A better poll would be to see what people’s monthly hobby budget is.

I’m not really surprised by the results to be honest. It can be an expensive hobby. Especially if you partake often. It takes $ to be able to play, whether it is spa’s, golf, tennis, sailing, etc. A lot of the responders are on here often, indicating they are out spending money often.

It’s also true the statement about wealth and being cheap. Some of the highest net worth individuals I know, are very frugal when it comes to everyday things. They spend money on large things like homes and cottages and boats etc, yet still look for the deals of the week on everyday purchases like $20 makes a difference to them.
