Are you sure you were at Pickering Angels? I've been there, and that's not the way I remember it looking. It's nice, bright lobby, spacious lounge. And, according to their pictures and descriptions, that doesn't sound like Angelina, they don't list a Helen, and I certainly wasn't offered those services that you're describing. Sounds like you might have been at the other Pickering Spa, whose name escapes me at the moment
