Lately I have been having more than one ejaculation during sessions - e.g. three last night with Nancy at Fantasy Spa. Actually to boost nitric oxide levels (which diminish substantially as you age). This helps with blood flow all over the body including little Useful. But because it is low calorie and a little filling I have lost a little weight. The addition of collagen was not for any particular reason, just curiosity, but I think it helps with MSOG.

I should add that I take a lot of supplements. I have done this since I was 16 and I think this has really made a difference over the years. I consider supplements to be insurance in case there are deficiencies in my diet.

Vega comes in different flavors. I like chocolate. However the Impact Igniter has a strong taste that dominates. That also comes in different flavors. I like lemon-lime.

Working out, especially legs naturally increases testosterone a lot to help with more shots also, ima try this on top of that for more, lol the most was three for me as well

MSOG wise I have been in a slump since early September, despite all my supplements. But that appears to have turned around. Lately I have "needed" to ejaculate twice a day. I think the reasons have been psychological. Up to the beginning of September I had two regulars who I was really attracted to. That fell through, and I have spent the time since looking for new gems. Well I found two amazing MPAs and now I have my mojo back. It’s funny though, if your doctor is also an older guy, there is a kind of knowing glance that gets exchanged when we talk about our sexual partners being receptive or not.

They are very happy to prescribe sex drugs like Viagara but I wasn’t looking for that.

My own family doctor, who is also my wife's doctor, advised me to "always wear a raincoat" recently. I guess all doctors know that most men eventually stray.

I am on TRT. When I first started it I went from an average of five ejaculations a week to ten per week. I also put on 12 lbs of muscle in six weeks. But beyond a certain level more testosterone does not increase libido any further. My levels got too high recently so my doctor lowered the dosage and so far I have not seen any decline in my sexual ability. I good goal to have with TRT is to be near the top of the healthy range of levels. Besides testosterone another factor In performance is blood flow, which is what my MSOG recipe is all about - raising blood levels of nitric oxide, a molecule that signals blood vessels to relax and thus stimulates blood flow, and which declines as you age. While we are focused on sexuality, TRT and nitric oxide boosters are good for the rest of the body and brain as well.

I ordered some Black Ginger from Amazon and tried it this week. The result has been a lot of diarrhea, bloating and exhaustion, and no positive affects.
