Found this ad on Kijiji and wondering if anyone tried her out yet. Prices look unreal and the ad itself is excruciatingly long describing each type of massage.

What is concerning besides the high price tag is there is a $40 additional charge for Glutes and Thighs.

Her menu kind of reminds me of that rude Shameika chic who offers sub/par service and also charges extra for glutes and thighs.

Photo looks promising but in this game one would know better to not go just based on looks/photos only to return blue balled or worse.

I have visited her. Her name is real, the photo is not. She is exotic looking, and quite attractive. But, booking with her was difficult via the app/website she uses. I had booked an appointment and received instructions on where to go, and upon getting to here area I messaged for final address and it took 40 mins for her to respond. I was actually driving away when she responded.
She works from her home, and when I entered I was immediately hit with strong scents of weed, and then lots of kids shoes everywhere. Her parlour was in her front parlour next to her staircase. And used a moveable screen to block the door to the kitchen.
As for the session, the massage was good, and I appreciate that. She is definitely trained as a masseuse. She was not talkative so it was hard to gauge her. There was no bs, and no interaction with her. On the flip she put on latex gloves, that immediately washed away any excitement I was barely feeling. Her hj skills were mediocre and mechanical. She was definitely rushing.
In my opinion, she’s not worth visiting, and definitely not worth revisiting.

She's a foot Dominatrix, massage therapist and a little more. She has an OF where she does foot stuff, has guys come massage her feet and she stomps on them etc... They wear masks, mostly South Asian guys from what I can tell. She's gorgeous, nice and polite. She's got olive skin, a bit of a curvy bum but in a nice way. No tummy that I could see. Didn't see any sign of kids when I was there. Perhaps she's brought in a roommate. She's in a new nice area of Ajax where her mortgage/rent is a bit high. Her new "Marissa" ad mentions another woman. Perhaps that woman has kids. She has 2 ads on leolist one as Marissa above and another as Lilly.
