Yes, 60 + 110 for the bodyside option.

A bodyslide is normally done on the massage table. Usually done with oil to provide the slide element.
A shower massage is typically cone in the shower. Usually s nice clean soapy experience. Also known as a SF2, or Shower For 2.

All extras are negotiated in the room with the MPA on top of the bodyslide fee. There's no set pricing at SRM for extras and prices do vary widely. Might get a couple of girls who throw in extras for free, but that is very YMMV.

No you're right, that's the most common rate.

Just to clarify for anyone else reading, it's an extra $100/200 for CBJ/FS respectively. That's on top of the bodyslide fee of $110 for 30mins.

So not including the room fee, you're looking at $300 in the room for FS. I doubt they'll care about the extra $10 for the bodyslide rate lol.

The one thing that I do like about SRM is it's ok to decline extras. They usually don't hold a grudge on you for it.

At other similar places, when you decline the upsell, the MPA will basically tell you off and give you a shit massage.
