I think although there might be some younger "gems" this comment is generally quite accurate. Most of the young, very pretty one's are quite restrictive.
I have found when MPs around for a while their service level improves considerably. They understand what makes a good session. Often those in their late 30s/early 40s offer best of both worlds. We lover of Asians know how well they age. Example one Cindy at Premier chain formerly Ivy. Another example would be Bee/AKA Sophia. I find her very facially attractive and sessions are awesome.

As far as the big spas go I'd say Coco and Maze @ Premier are up there in attractiveness. I heard that Xiao was pretty hot too but I haven't seen her in person yet.
