Spend money on another hobby/interest...collect expensive watches, clothes, whiskey's etc.

I've only seen one SP in 4 months due to lack of funds spending on other things.

2 friends of mine, who are brothers, calculated what they spent back in 2016. One continued, the other ended up going a down payment on a nice piece of property and is almost finished building his house on it.
The one who continued came to the realization this year that last year he spent so much money he could have ut a healthy deposit on an Audi R8 he wanted. So he's cut back completely and in fact, he says he doesn't miss it that much. I haven't quit per say but its been a very long time since I stepped foot in an MP. I think the last time I went was around Thanksgiving in 2016. I don't really miss it that much, as I kinda got bored of it. Also, there wasn't much talent in Brampton/Mississauga then anyway and it hasn't changed since then so I see no need to go back. I feel great though. Having more money to spend on clothes, etc. is nice.

Longest I have been able to hold off is a few weeks and the most frequent is like going 5 times in a week or 3 times within a day when I am going wild.

Hobby within your budget. Remember your income will typically get higher as you age, but your stamina goes downhill. Nothing wrong with enjoying as many girls as you can while your dick still works.

If you're serious about this, see a therapist. They should really be mandatory for everyone. Asking here is just playing games. You wouldn't walk into a bar and ask 'so who's been able to quit drinking?'

Plenty of men can get sexual fast food in an MP, or get a drink in a bar, and not have it become their entire existence. If you have an addictive personality or you're using MP/alcohol/gambling/pokemon cards/whatever as avoidance or escapism for other life problems, then it's time for some professional outside perspective so you can start attacking the root problems.

Yeah I have tried many times, now I just see one girl 1-2 times a month...and I’m good. If she leaves I will probably follow.(meaning I will leave, not follow her lol) One suggestion is stay off these boards, cause it will tempt u to see new girls.
