Been past this place a bunch and I had always assumed it was fully legit, if non-RMT. I needed a massage in the worst way today and I knew there wasn't much chance of getting a booking with an RMT in midtown on short notice, so I thought I'd give it a try. Upstairs on the third floor, in a pretty cramped space with three rooms - two with actual doors and one with just a pocket door (semi clue number one). Three Asian ladies working, all of whom were at least in their 50s, and one of whom seemed to be in charge.

I have trouble remembering names and wasn't given it until afterward, but I believe my attendant was Lucy. The lady knows what she's doing - very credible, firm massage that found all the spots where it was needed. Did a good job of checking in regularly to make sure everything was going okay. Fully draped for the first part, then once she started with the oil, she moved the draping as needed. That is, until she went to work on the lower back and glutes, at which point she pulled it straight down to mid-thighs (semi clue number two). After she finished with the glutes and started on the legs, she spread them a little, gave the boys a little rub with her knuckles, and asked "You want massage here?". No more clues needed!

I passed on the offer because I honestly only cared about the massage today, but I get the sense she'd have known how to drive stick. I left feeling looser everywhere, and particularly being able to bend a knee that I wasn't able to bend walking in (which had made the climb to the third floor a lot of fun). One hour for $80 (they do take cards, but no tax when paying cash) plus a tip. Full marks for the experience.

Thanks for the review. There is Jade wellness on the corner of Yonge and Lawrence. They are also good legit only, RMT level massages available. They do provide RMT receipts

I've been back again since and spent time with Lily, who's the lady who appeared to be in charge the first time around. She also did a great massage - even better than I got on my first visit - complete with back walking. I passed on the HE again, but it was offered.

So for massage, I'd say you'd be in good shape with either of them. Quality of the HE still an unknown, though.

They were definitely taking calls for appointments while I was there, but both my visits were walk-ins. Waited 5 minutes or so the first time and was taken right in the next.

No tease, but before the flip asked if I wanted a HE and I said yes. Although her massage was very good, her HE was basic, so for $80hr plus HE I would pass and go to a better semi-legit that is $60hr with better looking girls that are open with reasonable tip expectations. Although I am not aware of any in this general area. On the way out I saw Lily, the one in charge. She is a bit younger, but nothing to look at either.

Based on the reviews here…I dropped in and saw Lily. Went for foot and body combo. Started with lying foot massage, then interestingly a nice front side massage (never had that before) with a little play of the boys but I said later as I wanted a back massage. She found the knots and tight areas on my back and did a decent job. Never got back to the little boys but I think she was trying to figure out if I was a player or not and not fully focussed on the massage(s) and ran out of time. She took a call for a double which was coming right after my session, two females which gives it a legit feel. Feels like a legit place with possibilities. Lily was a looker in her time. Friendly and nice enough, she did check in often.

She was not shy and didn't have a disinterested demeanor, which was a turn on for me. I really don't like when it feels like they're just going through the motions.

I didn't try for more than a HJ because that's all I wanted.

I don't push for more with her. I dropped in one day and had a duo, they offered it because it was a slow day. It was an exceptional massage and fun to have two woman HJ. The women are mature 40 plus, and average looking.
