The Florida Department of Law Enforcement made 14 arrests early Thursday in Southwest Florida for racketeering violations connected to massage parlors and spas.

All 14 remain in Lee County jail. Six of those arrested were jailed under bonds of $500,000 to $2.25 million.

A spokesman for the FDLE declined to comment saying the operation was ongoing.

Xuan Lang, 47, and Jun Lang, 40, both of Naples, were jailed under $2.25 million bond. Both face charges including three counts of public order crimes, a racketeering violation, and money laundering, all felonies. Her arraignment will be Monday.

Xuan Lang has an active Florida massage therapist license. The Florida Division of Corporations lists her as of Jan. 13 as owner of a business in Naples called Spa 88 LLC with an address of 2033 Pine Ridge Road Suite 2 and a mailing address on Kent Street.

The Florida Division of Corporations lists Jun Lang as an officer and registered agent of Spa 99 on 57th Avenue West in Bradenton as of Jan. 13. The mailing address is also Kent Street in Naples.

Lan Yuan Ju, 46, of Cape Coral was jailed under $501,500 bond. She was charged with one count of public order crimes, a racketeering violation, and a misdemeanor health-safety violation of operating a massage parlor as a principal domicile. Her arraignment will be July 10.

Ziyi Lang, 44, of Naples, was jailed under $500,000 bond. She was charged with three counts of public order crimes, a racketeering violation. Her arraignment will be Monday. Lang has an active Florida massage therapist license.

Zhang Jing, 32, of Naples, was jailed under $500,000 bond. She was charged with one count of public order crimes, a racketeering violation. Her arraignment will be Monday. Jing has an active Florida massage therapist license.

Jian Zhang, 53, of Naples, was jailed under $500,000 bond. She was charged with one count of public order crimes, a racketeering violation. Her arraignment will be Monday. Zhang has an active Florida massage therapist license.

Xiajuan Yu, 42, of Naples, Tongying Yu, 25, of Naples, Chunyan Li, 47, of Sarasota, and Aihua Zheng, 57, of Bradenton, were each jailed under $31,500 bond. Their arrangements were set for July 10.

Ma Xiaoyan, 34, of Naples, Xu Xue Yu, 31, of Sarasota, Li Hung Xiu, 58, of Flushing, New York, and Caitang Huang, 39, no address given, were each jailed under $30,000 bond. Their arrangments were set for July 10.
