She said if I begin to not have regular nocturnal erections, that I should do a daily 5mg tadalafil that would help to have non-sexual encounter erections and then an on-demand sildenafil for sex.

So, guys, if you're having ED issues make a real note of your non-sex boners and make sure you're having regular erections, because quantity of erections is highly important to having those erections you really want to have.

I found that C has reawakened me a bit. I was still getting hard at night but it makes me feel bigger and I last a lot longer . I agree with you when you say use it or loose it. Get busy .

This is the most significant take away. And natural wood in the early hours of the morning driven by hormonal rhythms is key. It keeps the lifting mechanism in fine tune.

Try a couple puffs off a weed pen. Relaxes you and gets you out of your big head which for me was my worst enemy when having the same issue.
Don’t go and get baked. Just a couple puffs.

Or try ashwagandha. Tried some to relieve stress and it helped relax me and keep me out of my head.

It does lower blood pressure though.
