A customer insults an attendant by saying she looks like a shemale. You see this as an opportunity to promote the spa. If her feelings are hurt then too bad. No such thing as bad publicity as they say.

This goes on for a while and you then ask the boss (the one paying the bills) if you should proceed further with this discussion. She says "no" but you choose to continue anyway! What does she know? She is only the owner.

Not only that you insult me and others for having a sexual preference for one sex (this includes heterosexual and homosexual individuals) by claiming that I am homophobic because I would not accept a session with a shemale (I can only assume that you would accept such a session). That is not homophobic. It is called having a sexual preference.

Now, because of you, E&M has lost a customer of 8 years. My introduction to this spa was Michelle herself. Nice lady and attractive but I prefer others who work at this spa but going forward I will only see these attendants at their other places of employment. Good job promoting!

He posted about pimps, if you haven't have a look, the guy is a demented zealot without a clue about the industry and sees the world in extremist terms. Boss said she's had some training in the fun department and she didn't seem quite as shy as I thought she'd be, but I didn't push it too much. She took direction well and needless to say I left very happy! She ended the session with an amazing head massage, one of the better ones I've had.
