I would suggest that odds a Flip hadnt got there first are miniscule - her age and NOT wanting a ''fee'' would ring alarm bells all over.

Still around but not much time to lurk or post.

Will get back to PI someday and Phuket but, Prakhon Chai is a fantastic place to live and
Tian, (yep.. still together!), is a diamond in every sense of the metaphor.

Built the house in the village, stay away Reviewom the 40 degrees stuff and sincerely do NOT miss the mongering although I do get the occasional urge!

Will post house pics etc when I get the time, I would recommend Issan life with the occasional trip out for what your urges crave, fantastic way to sabai through life...
