Sara is an old school master of tease, and is so good at what she does that she is still able to provide pretty spectacular sessions even with more restrictions than most.

I think however that she is pretty much almost the only person with enough skill to pull this off and still have a loyal client base as a result. She's been well known for her abilities for a long time, but I think it would be much harder these days for someone newer to stand out the same way given the current level of competition.
