Has anyone tried this place? I think it was called something else before and might be under new management? Any info on services offered would be appreciated.

I dropped by the other day and it looked pretty legit. I didn't stay because the only girl available was an older Asian lady who was wearing frumpy clothes. Not at all appealing to me. I did see inside one of the rooms and it looked very nice with a shower.

Thought it used to be "Osteal Diagnosis and Treat." When it was the previous establishment, saw older Chinese ladies wearing white lab coats, the kind that hide a woman's figure. Went in and out, no thanks.

With the street sign change, that's fairly new, as drive by there more regularly. Which means no one will have reviewed unless, very eager.

Will try to check it out and report back. Unless someone beats me to it.

The nearby Naturelax clinic is mostly legit.

Mostly. Have been there for completely legit, and then from an older non-attractive MILF, was offered. I politely said no, and she became upset.

Just went to the spa to check out the facilities and talent. Went through the back entrance, as the Dundas side isn't as discreet.

Was greeted by the mamasan, who wore glasses, would guess 20s/30s and was on the larger side. And before anyone asks, I wouldn't want to get a massage from her.

"You have cash? Half an hour is $40."

On the plus side, walked by an empty room, and was shown a different room. Both rooms looked clean, good size, and had showers. Someone has invested to create quality spaces.

Asked to see who was available.

On the down side, and the most important, the talent didn't match. Saw two available ladies.

Connie was 45+, 5'2", and wore a t-shirt and leggings. Could tell she was more heavyset, and not the kind of body type I appreciate (imagine a slimmer Roseanne Barr). I saw the second, didn't catch her name, as she looked older than Connie, with similar non-descript body type.

I indicated I would pass, and on my way out was told, "I do good massage. I make happy. You give try."

For me, F&B unless they bring in different talent is a hard pass. Shame, as their facility looks good.

The quest/hunt for a good West end of Toronto place continues ...

That's true. But if the person's arms and waist are larger and have a greater circumference than yours, than most likely your experience after the removal of the white lab coats will most likely not be an enjoyable one.

I saw the same thing, as the lights were out. With the darker evenings, much easier to tell whether a spa is open or not.

Hopefully, a new, improved, better spa will take its place, as the renovated facilities as mentioned above are well done.

If the new owner/manager read this thread, please note and learn. Just do 3 simple things:

1. Hire attractive girls who know how to massage and happen to be openminded
2. Hire a competent and capable receptionist who can keep appointments straight
3. Hire attractive girls who know how to massage and happen to be openminded
