Alexa is definitely a YMMV provider. If you are aggressive which I’m not, you will be offered very little beyond basic service.

She is an attractive girl with a little Portuguese in her. Her pictures suggest she’s a little more tone and tanned than she is but it’s not a big deal.

Agreed. Waiters, and bartenders don't ask for a tip, but it's common courtesy. I'm sure they are disappointed if they don't get one, because it's usually expected. Same goes MPAs.
