Nipple play, while low on the mileage scale and TBH really not that big a deal, is not guaranteed. It sucks when they won't comply with such a request but it's their choice and they can choose to do whatever they want and face the consequences (losing you as a customer) as a result. But a HJ is standard for ALL sessions and to deny that to you because she's not making the extra $30 is bullshit. The last time I was there was about a year ago... yes, they are expensive even back then for a BS... but my session was so good.
