If I'm not mistaken, Flirt is a licensed Body Rub parlour.

I have to disagree...there's a definite difference between semi-legits like JR, Serene etc. vs. holistic places like La Monny, QQ etc.

Don't confuse legal classification vs. practical classification. Personally, I could care less about the license type...just tell me what the 'expected' service level is.

No place in Markham and Richmond Hill is legally allowed to do any type of massage other than a foot massage unless they are a RMT so no legal classification even exists for your examples.
