Hi All!

Well, it's official! I will be finishing school in February after all!

I found out that there is a clinical applications class available in the mornings now for me to drop into and pick it up.

Sooooo..... that means a lot of driving back and forth, but I will be done, done, done in February - just 6 weeks left! Monday and Wednesday morning classes, Tuesday and Thursday evening classes and an hour commute each way to school and home. *sigh*

Okay, time to head on off to school now - I have all my sheets washed, dried and packed in my suitcase now along with my scrubs for class...

When I went to MT school I had to drive and hour there and an hour back to get home. I have no regrets on the drive. I would do it all again.

You're in the home stretch now....hang in there, and the last month will fly by and you'll be done.You will do excellent on the NCE, and will be a super massage therapist. Keep pushing on,it is almost over!

You're in the downhill slide now! Almost almost. I moved the last two months of school and had to drive a little further too. I discovered books on tape at my library. Makes the drive a little more interesting. I got tired of listening to commericals on the radio. Hang in there.

Well, I am considering asking my aunt - who lives, literally, 5 minutes from the school, if I can crash at her place on Tuesday nights so I don't have to get up so early.

Monday mornings I will make the drive in, but Tuesday w/ that short turn around is haaaard...

Just 5 weeks left... That's what I'm telling myself and this is by far, like my most interesting class. The teacher, Mr. Greene, has been in practice over 30 yrs & is from the Seattle area originally.

He's got allll sorts of tails to tell (Esp. since his practice was in Bellevue and he says that he could write a book about all he had to deal w/ there. ) and I'm sorry this is a short class - it should be 12 weeks like massage therapy! But, CEC is all about "cram 'em in, shove 'em out the door...."

Good thing that the Clinical Applications class is not again until Weds & I may get to skip MT2 on Tues since they are probably going to do CPR training and I am already certified for that... (I'm in-between 2 groups, so that was why I opted to pick up the morning clinic aps class and get school done, instead of going p/t & having to wait until end of Feb. to take it. I pick it up in the am & I get done on time. Besides, I was tired of dealing w/ immature classmates in my MT2 group.)

*sigh* Well, I've got to finish a SOAP note for MT2 for tomorrow night, since I have clinic rotation tomorrow day, then class tomorrow night...
