Flirt VP is now Seduction aka Elevate Spa

Yes, we know....................You saw this all approaching near since day one. Times I wish you wasn't always so right.

Since you brought it up. I did see something like this happening. But not like this.

The east-end doesn't have the same type of competition like the west-end. It was only a matter of time before another spa figured that out.

I think location helps them a lot. On the East-end they're big dogs, but didn't really have that type of muscle on the West-end and have closed shop out here.

Interesting turn of events.

Flirt VP never really had any stars and the fact that Perla was around the corner meant that most clients would opt to go there instead, because it's more open-minded.

If Elevate is allowing higher mileage, then maybe they have a chance at competing with Perla? Not raising my hopes up though since it's Seduction....

I just don't like the warehouse feeling of the VP location. It's too open and bright. Everyone can see who is going in and out.

I don’t get this. You can see anyone going in or out of any spa. The front entrance is a doorway unless your looking for a portal that takes you directly to your car from the spa

I'm with BMC on this. I liked Flirt VP, and I personally won't go to Seduction. Finding someone at Elevate who won't push extras is going to be more difficult moving forward.
But to each their own. I know some people won't mind the change.

This is why flirt Finch is so successful - they offer pretty much a consistent gfe type experience at a good price. I find that at premier/seduction - it almost feels like the mpa’s engagement falls-off if you don’t get the 50/100 extras.

I hope elevate can settle into this type of niche and not the premier-seduction model

There is no friendly take over.
Business get sold because there struggling. No one sells a cash cow.

Second
You dont buy your competition to continue the status quo. When the status quo was not making enough money forcing them to sell. New managers will force old girls out. Seduction will repeat whatever is working for them from keele and airport and challenge Perla.

Third
Either there going to be more upscale
With crazy prices or more open minded than Perla. What would be the point in opening the same business model as your competiton. You need to offer something different and something that works. Seduction sees that fresh meat and high turnover of new girls successfully kept them on top.

Finally
If girls can charge for extras..it will attract more girls, more girls means alot of traffic , more clients and eventually perla going to have a real problem

Note there is a also a asian spa right in the same plaza of perla . So there will be 3 active spas there all fighting for our brown notes.

The asian spa angel spa has been there for a number of years and doesn’t directly compete with Perla or Elevate as it is a cheaper price point aimed at a different demographic and it won’t be affected if the current prices at Seductions make there way to Elevate. It will be intresting to see how this acquisition plays out especially if we go into a recession.

I've thought about seeing her for years, so I've kept a close eye on her reviews. There are not many, but you can find 4 or 5 if you search on here and terb. Eventually I decided against seeing her because one reviewer mentioned that she doesn't not allow breast touching (says that they are sensitive), and thats all I wanted to do with her. They are keeping it to keep the body rub license active. The original plan was to use that license for the new location which is now on hold. When they closed Platinum they gave up that license. Out of there properties Studio 9 had the cheapest rent.
