i had bad experience with this place twice. Last time I saw Kaia and I got 30 minutes massage from her. I was not looking for any extras and I don't think this place offers extra.I gave her $20 tip for 30 minutes Clean massage. She was not happy and asked for more tips.

I got appointment with kaia before and she is down to earth person. It's hard to bieleve this story but yes try adding 5 dollars next time lol.

That's weird, when I was with her, she never mentioned about money before and after the session. I gave her the normal tips for her services. She is a nice and very friendly girl. Something is not right with your review. You said, you had bad experience with this place and yet you still went there for another session. LOL, bad experience one time = move on to another place.

Try calling them again and book your appointment. If you say you been there twice then you also know that it's a new spa and they try to accommodate . Be nice and don't be rude when you book appointment again. Lol
